Our executive team of experienced professionals has 45 years of industry experience focusing efforts at Strategic and Logistics issues in petroleum products distribution and trading in Nigeria and some neighboring West African countries : some of them involved themselves in the following ways.

• Evaluated the attractiveness of JV partnership with vessel providers from strategic, financial and operating standpoints.
• Participated in team analysis leading to the development of appropriate pricing for Petroleum Products
• Developed an evacuation specific model for Waxy Raffinates (which resist flow at room temperature) ex Kaduna Refinery
• Assessed the financial value of a Strategic storage reserve leading to the acquisition of Floating storage Facilities.
• Participated as a member of an in - house optimization team, using Linear Programming method for the Downstream operations in NNPC.(Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation)
• Appropriated and Co-ordinated the logistics of products evacuation by pipeline road and sea.
• Administered the bi-cameral product supply contract with the neighboring countries e.g Tchad, Benin Republic, Niger,
• Involved with Gasoline, Jet Fuel , Diesel , and Fuel Oil trading from partners all over the world including Bitumen and Fuel Oil trading ex Abidjan and related with notable Internatonal Oil trading companies (Addax, Attock Oil , BP , Ertoil/ CEPSA, Glencore! ,Litasco, Mercuria, Nigermed, Shell, Total, Trafigura, etc ) on different schemes like : Offshore Processing Arrangements, Crude oil Exchange etc. Crude Oil Products swaps.etc

• Mr. FEMI OLATUNJI BSc, MBA- Director

Studied marketing at the University of Washington, Washington DC, USA, and also holds a Masters of Business Administration (International Finance) degree from Middlesex University, London, England. He also attended Cambridge University for Risk Management Courses in the Oil and Gas industry. Mr. Olatunji has vast experience in offshore oil and gas exploration activities. He has overseen and supervised a good number of upstream oil and gas projects particularly in the United Kingdom. He worked at CAMAC (a company that turns over US$4bill) for 14 years and rose from a service Coordinator/Manager to a Director where he had hands on experience on General Admin, Trading, and LC Management. He serves on the Board of Directors of numerous Oil servicing companies both locally and in the UK and is a member of the Energy Institute, London, England. Mr Femi Olatunji is the present Managing Director and CEO of APM Ltd with interest in EIA, water and waste Management; marine and technical support services of the oil and gas industry. He brings is vast experience to bear in Zuriel Energy

• JIDE OYEKANMI BSc; LLB, BL - Director

A founding Partner in the London based Hackman Solicitors. He is also a Director of Ang Tech Services Limited. He is a 1984 graduate of Sociology and Anthropology University of Ife and a 1987 graduate of University of Warwick Coventry. He was called to the Nigerian and New York Bars in 1988 and 1991 respectively. He is also a member of the solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales.1998 Jide currently practices law and has advised various companies in the African Oil and Gas Industry
